18 May 2008 - Explore Manhattan

I've started my journey to the NYC by driving to the nearest MTA (Metropolitan Transportation Authority) train station, Beacon and took the train to the NYC.

The ticket costs $12 one way from Beacon-Grand Central Terminal. For more info on the maps, pricing and schedule, click here.

This is the MetroCard:

It took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach the Grand Central Terminal, the central hub connecting to multiple major towns in New York.

Here is the Broadway and many huge billboards!
